We’ve been part of the Melrose community for 20 years. We’re a small, collaborative team with an established clientele, plenty of autonomy, and a genuine investment in creating a salon where people actually enjoy coming to work.

We’re especially interested in someone who is:

THE ROLE
• Provide professional cutting, styling, and color services tailored to each client
• Create thoughtful consultations and confidently translate a client’s ideas into a finished look
• Use Square for scheduling, client records, checkout, and retail
• Recommend products and hair-care routines based on each client’s individual needs
• Maintain a high standard of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
• Contribute to a collaborative salon environment and share knowledge with the team
• Continue developing your craft and staying curious about new techniques, ideas, and trends

We’re not interested in filling a chair just to fill a chair. We’d rather wait for the right person.
