Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, and treatments with precision and flair.
Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, perms, and makeup application to meet diverse client needs.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring a hygienic environment at all times.

Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and handling inquiries professionally.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, hair threading techniques, and new styling tools to enhance service quality.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles and techniques.
Expertise in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and corrective color applications.
Skilled in barbering services such as straight razor shaves and traditional haircutting methods.
Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
