Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our salon operates smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. As a Salon Assistant, you will support stylists and beauticians in delivering high-quality services to our clients, contributing to an inviting and professional salon environment.


Duties



Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services and maintaining cleanliness in the salon. (Color,Perm and shampoo clients)
Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Support retail sales by promoting products and upselling services to enhance the client experience.
Maintain inventory levels of salon products and supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and organized.
Mentor junior staff or interns by sharing knowledge and best practices in salon operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
Regularly clean and maintain the cleanliness of the salon to ensure a welcoming and sanitary environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
