Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and energetic Hair Stylist & Colorist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will craft stunning haircuts, vibrant colors, and flawless styles while delivering outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, making every visit an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities
• Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, and Balayage to meet client preferences.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as balayage, ombre, and color theory to create personalized looks.
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist with front desk duties, appointment scheduling via salon software.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment by sharing skills.

Skills
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and coloring work.
• Expertise in hair coloring techniques, including color theory and application methods.
• Skilled in various hair treatments like Keratin treatment, Brazilian Blowout, Nanoplastia and Hair Botox.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration.
• Experience with store management tasks such as retail math and inventory control is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
