French hairstylist or American hairstylist

We are seeking a talented and passionate French or American hairstylist to join our dynamic salon team. Duties
• Provide expert hair styling, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
• Use advanced techniques including straight razor cuts, barbering, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, stations, and work area
• Offer personalized consultations on hair care routines, color theory, and product recommendations to promote healthy hair
• Upsell salon services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
• Minimum 3 years of hairstyling experience
• Licensed hairstylist and nail technician is a plus
• Existing clients preferred

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of hair care, coloring techniques, hair extensions, and sanitation protocols
• Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and relationship building
• Experience with hair styling, makeup application, and upselling retail products
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for continuous learning about new trends, techniques, and industry standards
