Our Miami Beach location is known for its detoxifying and body-sculpting results, helping clients reduce swelling, feel lighter, enhance body contour, and support overall wellness.

We are seeking a Lead Therapist who is passionate about lymphatic therapy and looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities within our company.

The ideal candidate must be experienced and confident in:
• Post-operative lymphatic drainage for surgical recovery and swelling reduction( not a deal breaker )
• Wellness lymphatic treatments for clients who have not had surgery, including detox, fluid reduction, and inflammation support
• Performing OUM’s signature lymphatic modality blends

Our treatments are both clinical and results-focused while maintaining a relaxing, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities
• Perform manual lymphatic drainage for post-op, detox, and sculpting clients
• Deliver consistent, high-quality, results-driven treatments
• Lead by example and help maintain OUM’s treatment standards
• Support and guide team therapists when needed
• Educate clients on aftercare and wellness recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements
• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
• Post-operative lymphatic experience (required)
• Strong lymphatic drainage experience (preferred)(TRAINABLE)
• Leadership mindset and team-player attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Availability for weekdays
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
