Experienced Part-Time Facial Specialist / Esthetician (1099 Contractor)

Responsibilities



Perform customized facials and skin consultations based on each client’s needs
Perform lash extensions and lash lifts (a plus)
Perform medical-grade chemical peels and other advanced skincare services within scope of license
Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
Educate clients on homecare routines and treatment plans
Upsell appropriate services, packages, and retail products when beneficial
Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, safety, and professional standards
Deliver a warm, elevated, and client-focused experience at every visit

Requirements



Active Florida Facial Specialist / Esthetician license
Minimum 3 years of hands-on esthetics experience
Strong experience with facials, extractions, chemical peels, and skincare consultations
Ability to perform lash extensions and lash lifts (a plus)
Experience with medical-grade skincare lines preferred
Excellent communication, sales, and client-retention skills
Professional, dependable, polished, and service-driven
Must have daytime availability during regular business hours
Must be able to start in the first week of May 2026
