Responsibilities



Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel-X, hard gel, dipping powder, and intricate nail art designs.
Apply advanced techniques such as nail enhancements, color theory-based customizations, and creative artistry to meet client preferences.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly disinfecting tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable nail treatments, and upsell service effectively.
Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry innovations to provide fresh and inspiring services.
Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service to foster repeat business and positive reviews.

Requirements



Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician or Nail Artist with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques (please provide link of your portfolio or Instagram that has your previous nail art or work.)
Knowledge of color theory, nail care fundamentals, sanitation protocols, and current industry trends.
Have valid Florida Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.
Advanced skills in nail design/nail art.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on nail health and recommend appropriate treatments confidently.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
