What You’ll Do



Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for kids and families
Provide outstanding customer service by listening and engaging with clients
Recommend styles and services based on client preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and best practices
Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient salon environment

Qualifications



Active Tennessee cosmetology or barber license
3+ years of cutting experience preferred
Passion for working with children and families
Friendly, patient, and outgoing personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
