Duties
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplening, microlending with precision and care.
• Provide waxing services such as brow, lips, chin and underarm waxing to meet client needs while maintaining high sanitation standards.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion.
• Strong knowledge of esthetic services
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols.
• Sales skills for retail product recommendations that support client skin health.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
