The Role
Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various beauty treatments and services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. Duties
• Provide a wide range of cosmetology services, including hair styling, hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Engage in effective social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and providing product demos.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement services rendered.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest services.
• Stay updated on current trends in cosmetology and techniques such as hair threading and body waxing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license with relevant certifications in specialized treatments preferred.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
• Ability to provide outstanding guest services while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
