Key Responsibilities
• Hair Services — Cutting, styling, blowouts, treatments, and color application
• Chemical Services — Highlights, balayage, relaxers, perms, and corrective color
• Beauty Services — Basic makeup, brow shaping, and simple add‑on services
• Client Consultation — Recommend styles, treatments, and products based on client needs
• Salon Standards — Maintain a clean station, follow hygiene protocols, and uphold state board regulations

Qualifications
• Licensed Cosmetologist in Maryland
• Strong technical ability in hair and beauty services
• Professional, friendly, and client‑focused
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistent quality
• Experience in a salon setting preferred
