Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent Licensed by Maryland Board of Cosmetologist or Barbers or qualified to take Licensing Examination of Maryland Board of Cosmetologist or Barbers, or a qualified Vocational Cosmetologist Student
• The ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees
• The ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

Technical Requirements:
• Willing to work full time, a variety of day, night and weekend shifts
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Excellent people skills
• Able to perform services as a Cosmetologist, Barber, Esthetician or Nail Technician
• Able to meet /exceed customer and team expectations
• An energetic personality

Compensation:
• Wage Hourly or Commission and tips
