Your Role:

• 90-Day Intro Pay: Guaranteed $30/hr when not booked; earn per-service rates (e.g., $40/massage) when booked. Pay review after 90 days.
• PTO From Day 1: Accrued for all staff (15+ hrs/wk).
• Health Insurance: Available for PT/FT after 60 days. 100% premium paid for FT after 2 yrs!
• 401K with Match: Up to 3% full match, 50% on 4-5%.
