**What We're Looking For:**
The ideal candidate for this hair stylist position would have at least 2 years of experience, specialize in colors with an emphasis on balayage, and have a strong passion for hair. They should have the patience to work with clients and be able to show their creativity in styling hair. The candidate should be self-motivated and have the desire to build their clientele, as well as have their own clients to bring to the salon. A good fit would be someone who is eager to learn and grow as a stylist while also contributing to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the salon.
