We are seeking an Experienced Esthetician who is passionate about delivering results-driven treatments and elevated guest experiences. What You’ll Do



Perform advanced services including medical-grade facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning
Create customized treatment plans aligned with guest goals
Confidently recommend and sell medical-grade homecare and treatment packages
Deliver a 5-star experience that drives retention and loyalty
Stay accountable to performance goals and KPIs
Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, education, and excellence

Who You Are



Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in advanced skincare services (required)
Licensed Esthetician (Arizona)
A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
Passionate about results, education, and continuous improvement
Comfortable with consultation, rebooking, and retail sales
Committed to your schedule, your guests, and your team
