What We’re Looking For:



A current Arizona aesthetics license


A strong work ethic (our salons are fully booked!)


A warm, positive personality


Confidence working with all clients


Waxing or skincare experience encouraged (we’ll train you in all hair removal modalities)

What You’ll Do:



Perform full-body wax, sugar, and laser services


Provide skin and brow consultations


Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace


Build relationships with clients


Educate clients on services, memberships, and retail


Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Professional Development Laser Scholarships


Hello Sugar is the only salon that offers wax, sugar, and laser. While most applicants have never lasered before, we offer a finance-free scholarship to NILA (http://nilalaser.com) so that our estheticians can become certified laser technicians (CLTs) in the state of Arizona ($3,500+ scholarship). This opens the door to increased pay and advancement in your career.
