Santi – A Healing Collective is a peaceful, supportive space for wellness professionals who value personalized care and a holistic approach to healing.

We are looking for a skilled Massage Therapist to join our collective. Our beautiful treatment room is equipped for both traditional massage and Ashiatsu, offering a unique environment for therapists to provide customized treatments.

We are especially interested in therapists with experience in Ashiatsu, cupping, lymphatic drainage, sound healing, or other integrative modalities.

Current availability needed: Thursday and Saturday

Compensation
• Hourly or commission-based pay, whichever is greater
• 100% of gratuities are retained by the therapist
• Compensation structure is designed to ensure you receive the higher of the applicable hourly or commission rate
• Commission begins at 40%

What You'll Do
• Provide personalized massage and wellness treatments based on each client's needs
• Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment space
• Educate clients on self-care and wellness practices
• Recommend appropriate services or follow-up treatments when beneficial
• Work independently while being part of a supportive wellness collective

What We're Looking For
• Current Colorado massage therapy license
• Experience with Ashiatsu preferred
• Additional certifications or experience in cupping, lymphatic drainage, sound healing, or other wellness modalities is a plus
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and massage techniques
• Warm, professional, and client-focused personality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about wellness
• Someone who values creating meaningful experiences for their clients
