Hair Stylist (New Talent Encouraged!)

Job Summary
New Talent Encouraged!!! We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair artistry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of current trends and techniques. This role involves providing high-quality hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Experience with hair extensions, is a plus. The successful candidate will also be adept at retail sales, upselling products, and maintaining salon sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and treatments.
• Apply hair extensions ( a plus)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Use salon software systems for scheduling appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Greeting clients, Educate clients on hair care products and retail items; upsell products to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
• Maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license
• Proficiency in hair styling tools & products.
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Excitement and willingness to learn and grow!!!

Pay: $400.00 - $1,200.00 per week
