Essex Med Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Laser Certified Esthetician to join our elevated aesthetics team. We are a results-driven medical spa dedicated to providing personalized, advanced treatments that help our clients look and feel their best.

We are looking for a polished, motivated professional who is passionate about laser technology, corrective skincare, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with warmth, confidence, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

This role is focused on advanced laser treatments, customized skincare services, and patient education. While you will work closely with our medical aesthetics team, this position does not include injectable services.

The Opportunity

As an Advanced Laser Esthetician at Essex Med Spa, you will play an important role in creating transformative experiences for our clients. You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, develop long-term skincare relationships, and help clients navigate personalized treatment plans using medical-grade products and technologies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform advanced laser treatments with precision, confidence, and exceptional attention to safety and patient comfort

• Deliver customized corrective skincare treatments, including:

• Chemical peels

• Dermaplaning

• Microneedling

• Advanced facials

• Other medical-grade aesthetic treatments

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and create personalized treatment recommendations

• Educate clients on treatment plans, expectations, and long-term skin health

• Recommend professional skincare products and establish effective home-care routines

• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through

• Maintain detailed treatment documentation and uphold the highest standards of professionalism

• Collaborate with providers and team members to create a seamless luxury patient experience

Qualifications:

• Current esthetician license

• Laser certification with hands-on treatment experience 2+ years required

• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or advanced aesthetics setting preferred

• Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare products and corrective treatments

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining a luxury standard of care

Schedule:

• Part-time 16-20 hours, with opportunity to grow

• Day and evening availability

• In-person position

Compensation:

• $28-32 per hour, based on experience

• Monthly Tiered Service Commission

• Monthly Tiered Retail Commission
