About the Role

As an Advanced Licensed Esthetician at Skincare Lounge, you won’t just perform services, you’ll help clients transform how they feel about themselves. You’ll create experiences that help people glow from the inside out and leave them feeling confident, cared for, and excited to come back.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, confident in advanced techniques, and excited to share their expertise. If you love educating clients, customizing every treatment, and being part of a supportive, high-energy team, we’d love to meet you.

If you’re the type who remembers a regular’s favorite facial serum, loves crafting treatment plans, and feels proud seeing your clients walk out glowing and smiling, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized, high-quality facial and skincare treatments, including advanced services such as microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, and dermaplaning
• Set long-term client treatment plans and discuss our membership program to boost client retention
• Provide professional waxing services, including Brazilian waxing
• Show up on time, prepared, and fully present (our clients can feel the difference)
• Build genuine relationships with clients that keep them coming back and referring their friends
• Educate clients on home care and products plans to support their long-term skin goals
• Recommend retail products and additional services to help clients maintain results between visits
• Keep your treatment room beautiful and spotless, and help with spa tasks (like laundry) to keep things running smoothly
• Embrace feedback and always look for ways to learn and grow. We’re all about constant improvement

• Licensed & Skilled: Active PA esthetician license required; experience with advanced facials (microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning) and waxing (including Brazilian) required.
