We value non-toxic hair care and low-toxic hair color with safe color practices.  We have a friendly boho atmosphere with a mix of modern and natural elements. We are one of the few salons in the metro area with a strong focus on low to non-toxic salon services. We strongly believe stylists deserve to be supported and nourished so that a stylist can focus on their craft and love the industry. No counting inventory, worrying about taxes, and wondering if you'll get paid if your a sick or mandated to shut down. We believe in freedom over your schedule, direct client communication, and no contracts!

We provide styling tools, all products, and supplies. You will not be charged arbitrary fees for "supplies or re-do's"

All team members are trained on service protocols so you'll never be lost or feel unprepared

**What We're Looking For:**
Our ideal candidate holds a valid Kansas Cosmetology license, has a minimum of 2 years of salon experience, and has a desire to be paid hourly/commission. We greatly value hard-working, positive-minded individuals who value or want to learn more about working in an eco-friendly low-toxic salon space. Our ideal candidate loves to be independent and work interdependently. We are gratuity free and offer gender-free services. You work with your mentor to establish your hourly rate and will have access to in-house business coaching.
