Your expertise will help elevate our reputation for excellence while providing personalized experiences that keep clients coming back. This is a Commission based position with the opportunity to grow into space rental position, this offers a fantastic opportunity to grow.


Responsibilities;


Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results. Deliver a variety of services , including, lash extensions, Lash Lift, Lash Tint, brow, mapping, lamination, brow, waxing, brow, tinting, Face and body waxing, Retail products sales and conducting product demos that enhance client results. Maintain impeccable sanitation and sanitation protocols throughout all treatments to ensure client safety. Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client Mindbody . Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services and foster loyalty. Assist with spa duties including, laundry , cleaning, stocking, inventory, event management, appointment bookings, answering inquiries, and managing the overall guest experience. Upsell additional services to increase revenue. Stay current on industry trends to offer cutting-edge services.


Seeking;


Strong management skills to support the need to be a self motivated entrepreneur . Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and sell products . Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of sanitation standards and protocols critical for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Skilled in retail sales techniques with an emphasis on upselling products and services . Experience managing social media platforms for marketing promotions or client engagement is a plus.
