Will Wyatt Concept is a luxury boutique salon located in the heart of Orlando (Metrowest/Windermere area), and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Stylist Assistant to join our elite team. Responsibilities



Perform professional, high-quality shampoo and scalp treatments
Deliver exceptional blowouts with attention to detail and technique
Support stylists with salon prep, color mixing, foiling, cleaning, and organizing stations
Deliver a luxury guest experience with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Show a strong willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications



Florida Cosmetology License (required)
Experience in a salon environment preferred
Strong skills in hair washing and blow-drying
Eagerness to build technical and customer service skills
Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail
Team player with a positive, proactive mindset

Compensation



Starting at $13/hour
Overtime pay available

Schedule



8–10 hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekdays and weekends required
