About Babyface Brows

Babyface Brows is a specialty brow and lash studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn, steps from Barclays Center. We’re all about doing a few things really, really well: beautiful brows, great lashes, and making every client feel taken care of.

We’re growing, with plans for additional locations, and we’re looking for talented, coachable artists who want to get really good at their craft and grow with us.

The Role

We provide the clientele. We provide ongoing paid training. Your job is to master the craft, take great care of every client, and get booked and busy.

You'll be responsible for:
• Delivering exceptional brow and lash services with precision, consistency, and efficiency
• Continuously improving your technical skills through ongoing training
• Providing a warm, confident, luxury client experience
• Conducting consultations, making recommendations, and rebooking clients
• Remembering and documenting client preferences
• Supporting the studio with opening/closing, cleaning, laundry, restocking, front desk, and other day-to-day responsibilities
• Recommending and selling products when appropriate
• Occasional before-and-after/social content

Compensation & Growth

$18–$20/hour + 100% tips + quarterly performance bonus + uncapped product commission
• Quarterly bonus when the service-sales goal is reached
• Uncapped product commission with no minimum, paid quarterly

Who We're Looking For

Experience with brows and/or lashes is a plus, but we're more interested in coachability, attention to detail, and a desire to improve.

We're looking for someone who is:
• Licensed as an esthetician or cosmetologist in New York
• Gentle, steady-handed, and detail-oriented
• Confident, warm, and a strong communicator
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

You don't have to be the best artist on day one. You do have to be willing to become one.

Location: 458 Bergen Street, Brooklyn, NY 11217
Business Hours: 10 AM–7 PM, 7 days/week
Schedule: Part-time, 18–35 hours/week

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
