Licensed Massage Therapist – Independent Contractor

We are looking for a driven, likeminded, and strong individual to join the team at Mind and Muse.

This is an upcoming business + expansion in the KC area. Formerly known as Radiate Beauty, (@radiatebeautyco on Instagram) Kelsey is ready to expand her business and hire strong team members to create an experience so beautiful and warm for her clients, and yours too.

Mind and Muse is a small, niche spa collective geared towards the balance of skincare and wellness. This is not your average medspa/spa/salon idea. We will be a small, handpicked team, providing QUALITY care for every single client, from the second they walk in the door, to the second they leave.

Located in an apartment building, which was formerly a bank in the early 1900's, it contains unique qualities that will make the client feel right at home.

Here's the details:

HOURS

Thursday - 12pm-8pm

Friday - 10am-6pm

Saturday (3 a month) 9am-5pm

Sunday (2 a month) 11am-5pm

One weekend off per month for the whole studio.


**What We're Looking For:**
If you feel that as a massage therapist, you are PASSIONATE about helping your clientele feel like the most relaxed, elevated versions of themselves, this job is for you. We are looking for a candidate to assist in creating a perfect massage menu, so a creative and driven individual is preferred.



• MUST be licensed in Missouri

• Independent contractor position, taxes will not be withdrawn from checks.

• Must be a visionary. We are looking to hire someone who is passionate for massage and for the clientele. We are all about the PEOPLE at Mind and Muse.

• Must be a hard worker, strong work ethic.

• Experience is preferred, but we are open to a licensee fresh out of school.

Commission, Full-time, Booth Rental, Hourly
