I’ve been a solo stylist/owner for 14yrs in a 450sq foot salon, servicing clients with hair cuts, color, relaxers, extensions, wigs, and hair replacement.

With in the 14yrs I’ve had 1 booth renter and I just didn’t feel like we were a team. I want my salon to be inclusive not just a job, a family of like minded people.

I just recently had my daughter come in to braid and I’m training her while she’s in cosmetology school.

I’ve maxed out my suite making 10,000 per month just on serving clients and I haven’t been able to get the retail side down I know I could make more with retail.

I’m ready to hire and take my business to the next level to get from behind the chair and run it. Get people in place, have a bomb management and overall success team of positive passionate people.
