We are looking for a licensed Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will work directly with customers to help them transform their physical appearance.
Cosmetologists must be able to listen to customers’ needs and concerns in order to suggest suitable products and services. You will demonstrate makeup application techniques, cut/style/color hair, perform massages, and provide beauty treatments.
Successful Cosmetologists are committed to providing excellent customer service and have a deep knowledge of cosmetics and skincare.
Responsibilities Listen to customers' needs and wishes and make suggestions for improving their appearanceCut, color, and style hairDemonstrate makeup application techniques to achieve a variety of different looks per clients’ requests Perform skin and beauty treatments, massages, hair removal, and manicures/pedicuresAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsMaintain equipment and inventoryComply with all health and safety standardsQualificationsSuccessful completion of a cosmetology school is requiredProven experience as a cosmetologist is preferredIn-depth knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practicesUp-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty5 minutes from The Villages
