I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Salon Success Academy in Upland. From start to finish, everything was amazing. Brittany at the front desk provided top-tier customer service — she was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole check-in and pricing process smooth. She even helped apply a promotional discount, which made the already affordable pricing an even better deal. My stylist was Elizabeth, assisted by Miss Vita and Miss Destiny, and they were all wonderful. I came in feeling really self-conscious about my gray hair — to the point where it honestly made me emotional — and they made me feel completely comfortable and confident. We did a gray blend, and Elizabeth did an incredible job. You would never guess she’s still a student — she worked with the skill and care of someone with years of experience. I absolutely love the results. She also gave me a haircut, and it turned out beautiful. I even brought my daughter in for a cut, and they did an outstanding job with her too. Yes, it’s a cosmetology school, and students graduate and move on — I only wish I could keep Elizabeth as my stylist forever. But based on this experience, I would confidently return and recommend this school to anyone. If you’re nervous about going to a student salon — don’t be. The customer service, product quality, supervision, and results are excellent. No fear needed here — just great work and great people. Highly recommend.

Always kind, professional, and they offer great prices for their services. Mrs. Brittany offered excellent customer service and was exceedingly kind, and the students are just as smart, helpful, and kind! Highly recommend this place for its value, just don’t forget to be patient as the students are still learning. Once again I just want to compliment the staff and students! Decided to get a full set and was helped by Sadie. She was super sweet and nice. Love how my nail came out.

This is the best place to get your hair style on!!! Students are attentive and want to make the customer have the best experience. The instructors are there to ensure the quality of the cut and experience. Nothing is left to chance!!!

I went here today and although the staff was nice the gel pedicure I got was terrible. Originally when I came in for my appointment they told me the manicure student were out but then another student volunteered to do it if I had known she was going to do such a terrible job I would have declined the offer. It was my first time going and I didn’t know that they really don’t know what they are doing I wanted to say some TV big but the manager came up and looked and said “what a pretty color” no comment on the terrible job what’s so ever.
