I had the pleasure of having Olivia Abshire do my blow dry style, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, friendly, and made sure to give me exactly the look I wanted.

Brianne did my facial, and it was so relaxing! She asked me questions about my skin type, making sure the correct products were used for me and that I was comfortable before we got started. My face was buttery soft when I left! It was an hour of relaxation and zen. Thanks b!

I have been in the spa industry for over 12 years working at O2 Face and Body Spa, and I can honestly say that the training coming from CTC School Training is exceptional. We currently have two girls at O2 who graduated from there, and they are absolutely top-notch. Their professionalism, knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills stood out immediately. Honestly, the level of education and preparation they received was hands-down better than the training I personally received several years ago when I entered the industry. It’s clear that CTC School truly invests in preparing students for real success in the spa and esthetics field. I would highly recommend CTC School Training to anyone looking to start a career in this industry. They are producing talented, well-trained professionals who are ready to excel from day one.

This was our first time going today. Briana S. Washed and cut my two young daughters’ hair and mine. It was their first time ever going to the salon. And Bri was so kind and patient and good with them! Our hair looks amazing too. Highly recommend the whole place and Briana!

Caitlin menard did such a fabulous job on my hair this morning. So knowledgeable I just let her go with it and she did a great great job so many students have done my hair before and I’ve never thought this one I might need to follow. Caitlin is going to go far. I feel like a million bucks. Yall go see her she knows what she’s doing 😘😊😊😊😊

I am newly graduated Esthetics Instructor from CTC and I urge anyone who is interested in the education side of cosmetology to highly consider enrolling at CTC! My time there was absolutely nothing short of amazing. I miss being there every day since I graduated! The instruction I was given has prepared me fully to be an instructor and I feel completely confident pursuing a career in education! The staff has been incredibly kind to me and always helped in any way they could. They pushed me in a way that I was challenged, but always had the tools needed to succeed. I was motivated by their organization, kindness, compassion, authenticity, and the way that they had every students best interest in mind. I am also blown away by the education that the students receive. I did not originally go to CTC to receive my esthetics schooling and always felt I didn’t receive great education, but I can honestly say the education that the students receive at CTC is TOP NOTCH and they are learning all the best practices in the industry. The owners, staff, and students made my time there unforgettable. CTC is a special place and I’m happy to call myself an alumni!

I’m really disappointed in how little consideration is given to student safety. Night classes are kept until 9 PM even when road conditions have advisories warning people not to drive at night and every surrounding business is already closed. Students are still expected to show up or risk consequences what will happen if it rains or the flurries happen again and they can’t get home , it is frustrating and unsafe. There should be better judgment and flexibility when conditions clearly put students at risk.

As a recent esthetics grad from CTC, I would strongly consider touring all schools before settling on one. I definitely think the school lacks in the field of professionalism & forgets a lot of the students there are not children. Most of my class was women 25 and up, some had children, some owned businesses. And we were often spoke to as 5th graders. I feel as though they run the school like a chaotic middle school. Owners/teachers cared a lot more about petty rules than our equipment/teaching. (Besides the level 1 instructor- she treated us as adults and truly cared about us and our learning.) And they give zero grace to anyone. It does not matter what you have going on in life, they just want you to pay for the program, and finish the program. The owners preached to always seek their help if you had a problem- but they rarely cared or took your side. Or even cared to changed things. Every guest speaker we had made multiple comments about the poor equipment we had. Brow lamination + Tint kits came from Amazon and most girls lost hair in spots of their eyebrows. Wax pots never really heated properly. Which always made students wonder where the tuition money goes- bc they didn’t add onto the school for the esthetics program. You are learning inside the cosmetology students classrooms and taking out/setting up all spa beds/equipment out of a closet on the DAILY. We were constantly told “you aren’t going to have the best of the best things in school” which is disheartening because we pay $13,000 to attend. And we certainly weren’t asking for the “best of the best” just made brow products that didn’t remove our hair…Also, students were scheduled to do services on clients, even if the student has not learned that service yet. Also, there was no help what so ever once students graduated- no job opportunities mentioned, no help with networking yourself, nothing. and It seems as though every stellar student that I’ve spoken to- majority have jobs after school. I could go on and on but moral of the story- do your research before you sign. Talk to past students. I wish I would have listened to the girls that went to CTC before me.
