Gracie did my hair yesterday and I am in love with the results! I have fine straight hair that’s naturally a medium brown, and she did a subtle balyage and shag cut. In total it took about 4 hours. The results are well worth it!

kylee did my hair beautifully during their super service week this year. I was very nervous about the color combo i was doing, but afterwards i fell in love with it. the atmosphere was nothing but welcoming, caring, and more. the main people (the teachers probably) were very nice and complimented me and my hair along with being very nice to the students. 10/10 reccomend!!

Jordan did AMAZING!!!!!! Best haircut I've had in years, she listened and was patient through the whole service. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Could not be happier with how it turned out

Skyler did amazing she took her time. Asked the necessary questions to complete my haircut successfully. Ken the instructor was very patient and detailed, with his directions. I'll be returning to sit in her chair again 😊.

I love going here. I visit this place regularly to get my hair cut and I get scalp treatments here. I was treated very well every time I went in. But I’m writing this review late at night cause the haircut I got there recently is keeping me awake. I asked my stylist to give me face framing bangs by showing a reference. I’ve made the same request before too and it turned out well every time. But this time, I was assigned a different stylist and she screwed up. Pretty bad. Now I don’t know how to hide those short, ugly looking hair pieces. If I wanted my hair to look bad, I would’ve cut it myself. So whoever is reading this, if you want to get a haircut that is a lil risky, please ask the teachers to assist or oversee the students while doing the haircut.

I am not happy at all. I asked for blonde foils and a trim. My hair is very brassy and the dye is spotty. There are chunks of hair that didn’t get bleached and the lady that did my hair knew and hid it by drying and styling my hair not facing the mirror. She also cut my hair and it’s uneven. I have never had my hair looking this horrible. for hair that looks horrible. I left a message this morning for someone to call me back to get this fixed and haven’t heard one word from anyone there. I will be going into the salon Friday and will be speaking with someone to get this fixed.

I should’ve posted this a while ago. Went to get my hair dyed for the first time in years. Teachers rarely checked on how the process was going. One girl started on my hair. After about 30 minutes in and the original student being taught how to execute what i was wanting another student started working on my hair. The student was essentially teaching the other student what to do. (zero shade on the students, they were lovely. the instructors should’ve been more observant) At the end of the service, I was never shown the back of my head (shame on me for not asking to see) but then a completely different instructor came to check once we were finished. They didn’t even really LOOK at hair they just said I was good to go. I ended up going to another salon 3 days later to see what they could do to fix it. My hair was also 3 different shades of blonde which I am sure you can see in the photos attached. My now hairstylist was pulling chunks of hair because of how dead it was after getting it done at Paul Mitchell. Not a fan of how little the instructors monitored what their students were doing.

If I could I would give a 0 star I went to do my eyelashes last time it was a girl Ashley she did good job this time I went back to do my lashes with Hannah and I explained her what lashes I want exactly what size after my lashes were done the tape got stuck in my eyes the glue got stuck she was trying to get it out for almost an hour and it was hurting me after I did my lashes it was completely wrong and coming back home I noticed that she literally cut my eye both of them it’s my graduation in 4 days I really don’t have any words how mad I am and it’s so not professional to not tell if u cut someone.
