I had a haircut and deep conditioning and my hair came out shiny and soft.

I went in for relaxer the service was on point! Lala and the other instructor was excellent!! Let me say these two ladies worked the client's they were attentive and very courteous Bravo to these two!!!! My relaxer turned out excellent as well

My school is the best school HANDS DOWN‼️ THE ADMINISTRATORS ARE AWESOME AND THE INSTRUCTORS ARE AWESOME. They all make you feel like you are family and you will always feel like it’s home. If your looking to go to school do not look any further KCK IS IT‼️ I went to school for the barbering program got my license and now I’m back for the instructors program. GROWTH IS HERE. And I see it everyday. BEST SCHOOL ALL AROUND‼️💙

The instructor very rude and over talks you and very unprofessional and had me sitting in the chair waiting for her to go to the store to get more dye. The lady who answer the phone tells you one price and when you get there the instructor wants to charge you for something different she did more work then the students and over talks you they entire time like you dont know what you are talking about. And this happened today October 4 2021 I will never go back and its ashame because the students do a great job. It's the instructor with the freaking issues.

Do not waste your monies FBAs. Although you request a specific service they add on another service charge citing your hair texture.l at the end nor did they let you know beforehand. I asked for one type of color once my haired dried by the time I got home which was 25 min my hair color changed to another color. They do not give you a correct procedural 'ends cut¡- instead they cut off 2 inches of your hair. They have 2-3 people working on your hair. Beware! Unless women are going there to shave off all of their hair don't go!
