Hairstylist and beauty professional R17 Salon is located in Carmichael, CA. On the edge of arden off fair oaks. Looking for fellow stylists and beauty professionals are in need of a new home. R17 salon has been established for over 15 years. We offer 50% of the first month. A 6mo lease will allow you to start your business as we increase the rent slowly over a 6mo period to full rent. At the end of the 6mo lease you can decide if it’s right for you! We are looking for a fully qualified hairdresser/stylist for a rental space on one of our chairs. You will also get business cards, kitchen with a fridge/microwave, drink services for clients (keruig coffee or tea and bottled water), 2 large cabinets in the color room that you are able to lock with your own locks , walk ins when available, back bar shampoo/conditioner and more.
