Perfect for beauty industry professionals of all types and particularly well suited for those requiring adequate space for clients. Conveniently positioned approximately 1.5 to 2 blocks from the Clendon metro, this location is perfect place for licensed hairstylists, barbers, makeup artists or technicians considering returning to work, and ideal for traveling beauty industry professionals exploring new markets and a pleasure for clients to visit with an assortment of coffee houses, trendy restaurants, and fun fashionable shops nearby. – Flexible ’Month–to–Month’ or ’Weekly’ Rates – Whew, thankfully there’s no long-term contracts required, just convenient monthly or weekly rates available to fit your schedule and lifestyle. Simply choose a week, work only for that time (if you choose), then just “rinse and repeat” if/when you like. Following move in, the private rooms are cleaned and partially maintained by their occupants to maintain professionalism and privacy for our esteemed renters and their clients. – Recent Upgrades & Renovations – The salon has been renovated and significantly upgraded over the past two years to include extensive lighting, sound, security, and equipment upgrades. Private room have recently undergone comprehensive cleaning, update/upgrade, and minor renovations. The rooms are currently move-in ready, and we have both ’furnished’ and ’unfurnished’ monthly and weekly rates, and the salon itself remains ready to visit or tour at any time.
