Private Studio #7 is a quiet room perfect for massage or facials  11’x 8’: $650 monthly includes utilities, security, wifi, wash station access, and laundry access. Private Studio #6 is a larger room perfect for any service  13’x 8’: $750 monthly includes utilities, security, wifi, wash station access, and laundry access. Private Studio #8 is a larger room perfect for massage or facials  11’x 8’: $650 monthly includes utilities, security, wifi, wash station access, and laundry access.
