About This Space
Bell Amore Salon has two private suites available for rent, each equipped with amenities such as a sink, wall mirror, vanity storage, and locked vanity storage. Additionally, Bell Amore will provide towels, capes, and laundry services for renters. Bell Amore can provide an esthetician bed, or hydraulic chair with advance notice (and fee). Our suites are located in a fully functioning hair salon with its own set of established clients. Our suites are ideal for lashes, esthetics, massage, microblading (must-have license), nails, spa tan, and so many more things! Bell Amore’s suites will be $225 a week, Bell Amore Salon can provide use of Phorest scheduling system for an additional $25 a week. Long-term rentals can be discussed! As a renter with Bell Amore Salon you will have the freedom and flexibility to set your own schedule (within salon hours), prices, and services. Bell Amore provides: Electricity, water, towels, laundry service, capes, mention on website, contract for room rental, 1099 for renters Renter is responsible for: Client booking/tracking, client bookings, telephone services, taxes, insurance, tools and supplies, marketing, displaying license in room.
