Our location offers a tranquil environment with windows in each Suite for plenty of natural light throughout your work day.  There are 4 suites available for lease, and our flexible/all-inclusive leasing makes startup a breeze.  We offer 24hour access, complementary towel and gown service, and 50% off your first month’s rent.  Additional perks include one week (of your choosing) ”vacation” from paying rent, along with generous referral bonus for any referral you make that results in a lease.  If you are looking to grow your client roster, our Suites are conveniently located alongside an established Dance Studio, as well as a Smoothie Restaurant, so additional foot traffic and the potential to co-market to these patrons represents opportunities to grow.
