PART TIME ROOMSHARE AVAILABLE! ONLY $350.00 MONTH. Room is set up for massage, facials, waxing, brows, lashes, etc. Be Your Own Boss! $350.00 PER MONTH. Fully furnished room (you use your own supplies) in East Sac. Room is available Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and all day on Saturdays. You will share a room with Alyssa, who works Monday-Thursday evenings and all day on Friday and Sunday. Of course, when you’re working, she is not there! We are a unique, beautiful and quaint spa collective with five rooms (one is a split-share), with everyone as their own business and own boss. We are a very quiet group with no BS or gossip. We do not accept walk-ins – my current tenants are all by appointment only. And it’s very quiet. So nice! We have a keyless door entry (coded) as well as a deadbolt.
