About This Space

Hi! Our spa has just expanded into a gorgeous, brand-new space in the Flatiron/NOMAD area. We have 2 extra treatment rooms so we can offer it to you for hourly, daily, weekly or monthly use. Our facility has a beautiful reception area, complete with seating, male/female bathrooms, wifi, utilities and a very easygoing landlord. :)  All of the above is included with a private treatment room when you rent from us. The treatment room comes fully equipped with a treatment table, examination paper, a desk, a proper chair and lighting to perform procedures. This is perfect for aestheticians, massage therapists, reiki/energy practitioners, coaches, make-up artists and others working in the health, wellness or beauty industry. Here’s Our Rates: Hourly Rate: $100 with 2-hour minimum 8-Hour Daily Rate: $550 Monthly Rate: $1500 2 to 6-month lease ideal. Must have ALL credentials, certifications, permits, licensing and insurance (liability and property) current with copies for display.
