SHARED Esthetician Spa Room: North Hollywood Arts District Facialist Lash Tech Massage Therapy Permanent Makeup Looking to share my private spa room located in a larger shared suite. 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs) Safety Features: Ring Camera, Alarm. 3.5 Days Available: Sunday – Tuesdays (24 hour access on these days) Saturdays 1pm – close Utilities included: lobby area for clients, WiFi , ac/heating, shared public restroom steps away from suite. There is no sink in the room but is nearby, I use a hot kettle! Spa Room furnished with luxurious heated hydraulic bed, tranquil decor. If you are facialist I will train you how to use my equipment. Must provide own back bar, disposables and linens. Must have current CA license and liability insurance, Point of Sale ( POS ) 6 month lease then turns into month to month!
