Day Spa Suite Available For Full Time Rental - All Wellness Renters Welcome

About This Space

The Strand Salon & Spa has room rental opportunities in our newly renovated day spa. Rooms are private and include check in assistance from salon receptionist, utilities, access to the shared break room, internet and lobby space for clients to wait. Rooms also include spa bed and have ample cupboard space. Additional furniture/equipment may be available for purchase or rent. Renters must handle their own payment and booking software system. Renters may sell retail products in their space, but will not have retail space in the lobby or other common areas. Rooms are offered for a one year lease with rent due on the first of the month. Renters must possess the correct licenses and insurance for the services they offer. Renters supply their own back bar products (if applicable) as well as sheets and towels. Access to salon laundry facilities is not included. Rooms are ideal for massage therapy, lash extensions, makeup, permanent makeup, reflexology, massage and body treatments, acupuncture and Botox. All those that operate in the Wellness space are welcome to apply for rental. Other rooms in the spa function for similar services and the area is considered a tranquil space.
