Our established island day spa, Body & Sol Spa and Wellness, has a private office for rent on Anna Maria Island. Perfect for a hair stylist (shampoo bowl and plumbing in place), acupuncturist, or counselor/therapist. We are open to cross promotion, but you will need your own clientele (or to be patient building) and to handle your own scheduling needs. Since we offer massage therapy, nails, and facials ourselves we will NOT rent for those services. Looking for a monthly rent of $725, not a per use fee. Can break into weekly payments if necessary. We have signage opportunities and an excellent island reputation.
