House of Layo is a full service salon and spa located in a prime location in Issaquah. Check us out at holsalon.com! We have a room for rent (13’x16’) with its own closet and plumbing inside! Right now, half the room is filled with an infrared sauna and a shower. The other half is open! Full or Half room rental is available. Looking for any practitioners in the wellness / beauty realm who are ready for a space of their own within an already thriving business (great for cross promoting). Massage therapist, reiki, nail spa, tattoo artist, private practice, pilates, trainer etc. We are open to it! Rent includes all utilities, wifi, booking and front desk services. Shared amenities include client refreshments, two waiting areas, two bathrooms, laundry room, break room, extra storage space, private backyard with patio, client parking and retail space if needed.
