Heres what you should be able to do: Love multi-tasking and being on time, keeping your appointments filled, and maintain a flexible work schedule. This is a starter part time position with opportunity to grow. Our perfect person feels the need of proving themselves with creative problem solving and sharing your expertise by posting how to videos for our clients on social media and helping coordinate fun sales events for our clients. You will have to be able to: Perform all basic aspects of basic esthetics such as: Facials, Microdermabrasion, chemical peels, work with lasers/IPL and other equipment such as LED etc. You must be able to follow protocols and have a strong knowledge of skin conditions, skin types, and how to treat them. You will work closely with the medical staff and assist with Botox, Dermal Fillers, and minor procedures. SELL! Sales is the key to your success. If you do not like to sell to people, don't bother to apply. You must be able to confidently sell your expertise. You'll need to sell services and products. You must be able to learn quickly and like to work with lasers and equipment such as: LED, Microdermabrasion, Body Contouring Machines, Hair Removal, IPL etc. You must be a good listener and be able to follow instructions. You must pay attention to details.
