Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance client appearance Educate clients on nail health, color theory, and proper aftercare to ensure long-lasting results Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to promote client safety and hygiene Upsell additional services like hair extensions, hair styling, or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized beauty recommendations Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color theory, and skincare treatments to deliver innovative services Experience Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of cosmetology principles including nail care, skin treatments, and hair styling techniques Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling products and services effectively Experience performing specialized treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals Ability to handle sanitation protocols meticulously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related fields required; additional training in hair extensions, barbering, or eyelash extensions is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for beauty meets exceptional service!
