Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and careMaintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staffProvide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and products tailored to each guest’s preferencesManage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platformsEngage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and new trendsUpsell retail products by demonstrating their benefits during service to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenueAssist at the front desk with guest check-ins, scheduling, and answering inquiries to ensure smooth daily operationsQualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state or local regulationsProven experience in nail care services including gel application, acrylics, and nail art techniquesStrong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientsFamiliarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointments and record keepingExperience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plusKnowledge of additional beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or body waxing is advantageousPassion for staying current on industry trends in nail design and beauty treatmentsJoin us to elevate your career in a lively environment where your talent makes a difference!
