Duties Perform professional Feather Veil hair extension consultations, installations, maintenance appointments, removals, and reapplications while delivering exceptional client results. Customize, color, cut, blend, and style premium Slavic hair extensions to seamlessly match each client's desired color, texture, length, and overall look. Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services, maintenance schedules, hair care products, and treatment plans. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism in accordance with California state regulations and salon policies. Utilize salon software systems to manage appointments, client records, treatment notes, and retail sales transactions efficiently. Educate clients on proper extension care, home maintenance, product usage, and long term hair health to maximize the longevity of their investment. Recommend and sell professional hair care products, extension maintenance products, and related retail items to enhance client results and contribute to department growth. Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging photo and video content showcasing transformations, extension services, client results, and educational beauty content. Assist with lash lift services and related beauty treatments when not performing hair extension appointments. Contribute to the growth and success of our expanding hair extension department by delivering exceptional customer service, generating repeat business, building client relationships, and helping drive sales. Requirements Valid California cosmetology license Specialization in hair extensions Proven experience in hair extension installation, hair styling, coloring, and sales Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and the latest trends in hair fashion.
