Salary Description: $27+ per hour


Reports To: Store Manager


The Only Facial needs several Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Do you want a role where you can guide your customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem? If this sounds like you, then The Only Facial can use your professional Esthetician qualities.

Requirements:
What You’ll Do:



Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:



Licensed Esthetician (required)
People who connect immediately with others
Passion for skincare and continued learning
Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!






Physical Requirements



Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
