Salary Description: $27+ per hour

Reports To: Store Manager

The Only Facial needs several Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaningPerform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plansGuide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Esthetician (required)People who connect immediately with othersPassion for skincare and continued learningExperience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive hand and arm movementsAbility to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
