• Valid Michigan Cosmetology License
• Strong technical skills in color, cutting, and styling
• A passion for customer care, professionalism, and continuous growth

‍ Assistant Requirements:
• Michigan Cosmetology License or currently enrolled in school
• Energetic, teachable, and eager to grow behind the chair
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
